Traveling
from the East on highway #1 - Turn
left at the bottom of the hill as you come into the Golden area.
There is big sign above the road that says “Kicking
Horse Mountain Resort.” This will take you
on an overpass over the railway tracks. Keep to your right
as you exit the overpass. About a half kilometer you will
see another sign above the road that says Kicking Horse Mountain
Resort. There is also a big Sobey's sign and a fastgas. Turn
right and follow the road up to the resort. It is about a
10 minute drive. You will cross a railway track and
a 1-way bridge before beginning your climb. When you
come to the resort we are the first right after you pass two hotels
on the left hand side. We are on Cache Close and you can’t
miss us. We will have the lights on. |
Traveling
from the West on highway #1 - Look
for a sign above the road that says “Kicking Horse Mountain
Resort” to the right. The turn-off is just past the
second set of lights. This will take you on an overpass over
the railway tracks. Keep to your right as you exit the overpass.

from the South on highway #95 - Drive
straight through Golden, across the bridge to North Golden. Look
for a large Sobey's sign on the left and a large sign
above the road that says “Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. The
railway tracks will be on your right. Turn left and
follow the road up to the resort. It is about a 10 minute
drive. You will cross a railway track and travel over a 1-way
bridge before beginning your climb. When you come to the resort
we are the first right after you pass two hotels on the left hand
side. We are on Cache Close and you can’t miss us. We
will have the lights on. |
